Summer Speed, Strength, and Agility Course

This is a non credit course offered to any student who would like to improve their speed, strength, and agility. Incoming 9th grade students are encouraged to register for this class as they prepare for the transition to high school sports and activities.  This class will be open to students going into 7-8th grade this summer only due to the virtual method and the reduction of the offering at the middle school.  Students will enroll in the 2 sessions available but will be broken into smaller groups at the start of class. Also, all 7th and 8th graders should sign up for Session 1 only.
Please contact Mr. Hoffman at mhoffman@sdsm.k12.wi.us or Mr. Dufek at pdufek@sdsm.k12.wi.us with any questions.

Our first priority is always to be sure the students and staff are safe and all internal safety protocols are in place. Our students continue to be our best asset when it comes to student safety. If students are not comfortable sharing information with a staff member, they can utilize the StopIt App to share safety concerns anonymously. Our school code is “msrockets”.
